 The messenger dresses to look like an old hooker. She wears a black dress with black lace trim.  She also wears long eye lashes with rhinestones and a black feather plume in her hair.
She comes into the room and picks her subject out of the crowd and acts like  she's known him for years. He missed his appointment last week so she is there to find out why.
She sings a song to the tune of "Hey Big Spender"  and plays up to him doing  bumps and running her fingers through his hair.
She tells him she wants to leave something for him to remember her by.  She asks him to take her garter off.  She tells him to bring back old memories and take it off with his teeth, the way he used to.
On the count of three, she drops her cape and the garter is on her arm. She then tells him, its been so long she forgot where to put it. "The garter that is ".
